Fuck la Mode is a popular Quebec fashion line, created by Jean-Francois Renaud, owner of the boutique Oclan, in 1989.

'la Mode', in French, simply means fashion. Also, the word 'fuck' in Quebec French has a less harsh connotation than that of the English word 'fuck', with a meaning something closer to 'heck'. Therefore, 'Fuck la Mode', in English, is closer to 'to heck with fashion' than 'fuck fashion'.
