FS Vágar is a Faroese football club, playing in Sandavágur, playing in the second tier of Faroese football.

The club was basically founded for a second time in November 2004 after a merger of Vágar Island's teams MB Miðvágur and SÍF Sandavágur in 1993 eventually collapsed in autumn 2004. From 1995 through 1997 FS Vágar played in the Faroese top league.
