[edit] Blooper

Are you sure those were bloopers in that Zelda game you listed and NOT Octoroks? Octoroks are the octopus enemy in the Zelda series.Giantdevilfish 22:00, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

[[1]] - There are Octoroks in the game, but quite a few Mario enemies turned up in Link's Awakening, especially in the side-scrolling sections in some dungeons. Click that link to see a sprite of the fella. (Fryguy64 22:58, 5 June 2007 (UTC))

Ahh Interesting. Meanwhile I need to ask you a couple of things.

  • Do you have any info on Big Blooper? Apparently this is a giant variation of the blooper that appears as a boss in Super Paper Mario. When you listed the various Blooper variations on that article, you even have the Japanese names. I was wondering if you have that for Big Blooper.
I don't, as the game has not been released in the UK yet (where I am based). Although, I'd be surprised if it wasn't another appearance of one of the Bloopers already on that list, but with another US name. Big Gesso was the Japanese name of Super Blooper - it's possible they're the same. (Fryguy64 09:00, 6 June 2007 (UTC))
  • I was thinking of adding a "cameos" section. Bloopers have appeared in that 1994 Donkey Kong gameboy game, Yoshi's Safari etc. (Most of these games were listed in that article before you re-wrote it.) What do you think?Giantdevilfish 01:32, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
I don't think games like Yoshi's Safari and Donkey Kong 94 count as cameos but as full appearances, as they are both Mario games and Blooper acts as an enemy character. I'd be happy to add them in. A cameo role should possibly be in a game where they play no part in the gameplay, such as DDR Mario Mix, or where they are in a non-Mario game, such as Link's Awakening. I didn't profess to have a complete list there, and will be happy to see more games added. (Fryguy64 09:00, 6 June 2007 (UTC))

[edit] MedCab

There is an ongoing discussion at Wikipedia:Mediation Cabal/Cases/2007-06-26 List of Mario series enemies, and you are listed as an involved party there. Would it be okay, if you would like to be involved in the mediation there, if I mediate the case? Cool Bluetalk to me 20:07, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
