[edit] Licensing

Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  • It is a low resolution copy of cover of first book to present NLP theories, which was the transcript of a seminar.
  • It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell NLP or book; Book is rare and out of print; Grinder considers book outdated.
  • The image is significant for the article as it shows original collaboration of Bandler and Grinder.
  • The image is irreplaceable as Bandler and Grinder have not collaborated since late 1970s
  • No free or public domain images have been located of this historic seminar recorded in this book.
  • Image is of considerably lower resolution than the original, and is used for informational purposes only. Its use does not detract from either the original photograph, or from the network itself.
  • Image is used solely for the identification of the subject.
  • The further use of this image on Wikipedia is not believed to disadvantage the copyright holder in any way.
