Seem pretty notable to me... I first heard them on Radio 2, and they seem to have quite a few listeners at last.fm (http://www.last.fm/music/Friska+Viljor). If you Google for Friska Viljor, most of the results seem to be about the band (the first 2 results are the band's website and their Myspace), rather than the football club of the same name (who are in Wikipedia).
