[edit] Spanish equivalent

The page said that "Capitán de Fragata" was the Spanish name for this rank, but some googling seems to indicate that "Alférez de Navío" is closer to "Lieutenant Junior Grade" -- one rank below "Teniente de Navío", which seems to be equiv. to "Lieutenant". Perhaps the Spanish rank "Capitán de Fragata" seemed right due to the word Fragata (frigate), but that is a much higher rank equivalent to Commander, as I understand it.
