The Frisco Thunder is a professional indoor football team in Frisco, Texas which began Intense Football League play in 2007. The team plays its home games at the Deja Blue Arena.
The Thunder’s inaugural squad became the first expansion team in the history of the IFL to make the playoffs and finishing with a record of 8-6.
The team is owned by former Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints Jake Reed, who purchased the team during the 2007 season.
