Hello. Please see WP:AFD to get to know the process for deleting articles. Do not blank article in the manner that you did to Alex Ott. Meanwhile, do consider editing the article based on WP:MOS if you feel it is not of good quality. You can discuss the issues you have with the article on its talk page. Thanks.
