Thanks for uploading Image:Compiracy talk.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

Truthfully, a little bit of memory from grade school history class, and a lot of just happening across little snippets of information here and there on the web. Frex, I just stumbled across this a few weeks ago; that's where I found out the Makada bit. And somewhere I've got a PDF map of Ontario municipalities as they existed in the 1950s, which is how I found out about "Drury, Dennison and Graham". I literally wouldn't have known either bit if I hadn't seen those. And once in a while I've taken advantage of the research assistance link on the Greater Sudbury Public Library web page; being in Toronto now I wouldn't have had a clue where to look for the list of former chairmen of the Regional Municipality of Sudbury if that hadn't been available. So, basically, it's a combination of knowledge, research skills and the occasional bit of blind dumb luck. Bearcat 00:24, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
