[edit] How many members?

The article lists one general, four officers per branch (total 16), ten NCOs, and two private soldiers, for a grand total of 29 members, but then states that the delegation size was 15. It then lists the members... and the total comes to 17. Which number is correct? Susan Davis 03:49, 20 September 2006 (UTC)
