I have a question. how is it possible that the Free Breakfast for Children program started by BPP could shame administration into the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 if the Party itself was started in October 15, 1966. the article mentions "the huge success" but time was needed for the program to achieve the success. 83.19.97.170 00:03, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
