French Rite

The French Rite of Freemasonry, founded in France in 1786, has seven degrees; after the craft degrees they are: 4º Elect, 5º Scotch Master, 6º Knight of the East, 7º Rose Croix. It is reportedly in wide use in France, Luxembourg, Greece, and Brazil, and formerly in Louisiana.[[1]][[2]]
