Freeport Police Department is the primary law enforcement agency for the incorporated Village of Freeport on the south shore of Long Island. Established in 1893 it currently has approximately 92 sworn officers and 47 support staff.[1]
Police Headquarters is located at 46 N Ocean Ave Freeport, NY.
The Chief of Police is Michael Woodward.
