Freedom Of Sound is the third solo studio album by Bret Michaels, lead singer of the rock band Poison. It is a country rock album released in 2005, the same year Bret Michaels was a judge on the reality tv show Nashville Star. The album features 14 new tracks including a country version of the smash hit Poison song "Every Rose Has Its Thorn", a duet version of "Raine" and the singles for the album "All I Ever Needed" featuring Jessica Andrews and "Open Road" which Bret performed live on Nashville Star.
"Walk Away", "Future Ex Wife", "The One You Get" and a solo version of the Poison song "Something to Believe In" were recorded earlier but not officially released until now. Also features 4 previously released songs from his first 2 studio albums.
