Fredi Walker is an American actress.
Her Broadway debut was the role of Joanne Jefferson, the high-class lawyer and lesbian lover of Maureen Johnson (Idina Menzel), in the original Broadway cast of Rent. She also toured nationally with The Lion King as Rafiki. She decided not to reprise her role of Joanne in Rent, the Original Motion Picture due to her age. She was replaced by Tracie Thoms. She is the founder and president of Big Spoon Productions.
