Frederick Oxby

Frederick Oxby (born February 6, 1987 in London) is an actor most famous for playing "Young Robert" in the film A Dog Of Flanders (1999).
He used to be part of a Belgian band called Ducttape, playing bass and singing. The band split up, and he now is studying Philosophy and History (that he has quoted as "witchcraft") at Sheffield University. Frederick has more recently been heavily involved in the Sheffield nightlife, as a DJ, sound technician and drummer in the jazz funk band Lazy Tree Surgeons. With his unique facial style matching wild glaring eyes with a pertruding and contorted jaw, Frederick has earnt the name 'Gurny' amongst his Sheffield contemporaries.
