Frederick Berndt Schine

Frederick Berndt Schine better known as F. Berndt Schine (1964 - June 19, 1996) was the chief of staff for Dana Rohrabacher, and head of the California branch of GOPAC. He ran, unsuccessfully, for the California state assembly in 1994. He was a reserve officer in the Los Angeles Police Department, and was named its Reserve Officer of the Year in 1994.[1] He died in a plane crash with his father and mother, he was piloting the rented plane.[2]
