Fred Meijer is a Dutch voice actor

He performs the voice of Telly on Sesamstraat, the Dutch co-production of Sesame Street. Meijer took Telly over from Alfred Lagarde when he died in 1999. Fred's hoarse Telly voice is a lot less gruff than Alfred's. He does various other voices as well, like Brock from Pokemon.

Meijer performs voices in other Dutch cartoons as well.
