Fred Demetrius McCrary (born September 19, 1972 in Naples, Florida) is an American Football fullback who is currently a NFL free agent.

McCrary attended Naples High School in Naples, Florida and was a letterman in football, basketball, and track. As a senior, he rushed for more than 1,200 yards and was also named the school's Athlete of the Year.

McCrary played college football for the Mississippi State Bulldogs where he started for two years. He was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 6th round of the 1995 NFL Draft. He has played for six different NFL teams. He was cut from the Atlanta Falcons in the 2007 offseason. He was signed by the Seahawks on October 10, 2007, though he was cut again on December 5.
