Fred Allen Green (September 14, 1933 - December 22, 1996) is a former professional baseball player. He was a pitcher over parts of 5 seasons (1959-1962, 1964) with the Pittsburgh Pirates and Washington Senators. Gibbon was a member of the 1960 World Series champion Pirates. For his career he compiled a 9-7 record with a 3.48 earned run average and 77 strikeouts in 88 appearances, all but one as a relief pitcher.
Green was born and later died in Titusville, New Jersey at the age of 63.
