- Must the license allow modifications to the image?
- Can the license require the copyright holder be notified of the image's use?

[edit] Magnus' Commons and image tools
On http://tools.wikimedia.de/~magnus/index.html there are some tools, one of them is great help to move media from Wikipedia to Commons. Could a link to it be added somewhere, e.g. on each free image that may be moved to Commons? Wiki-uk 16:29, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
