Talk:Fraud Act 2006
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Fraud Act 2006 Crown Copyright material is reproduced with the permission of the Controller of HMSO and the Queen’s Printer for Scotland. I did think that I was being of assistance I will refrain in future.
Thank you. Is it ok to post a link under 'external links' to the article Fraud Act 2006
I would suggest that, provided the condition of the copyright waiver is shown clearly on the page (i.e. quotes from the Act must only be from original Government sites, not from other quotes), Wikipedia would be covered. It is virtually impossible to discuss the exact effect of legislation without quoting some part of it.--Esthameian 01:03, 22 April 2007 (UTC)
I find it difficult to understand why my contribution was deleted because the material was Crown Copyright. If Wikipedia aspires to provide accurate information to the general public there must, in my opinion, be room for Crown Copyright material to be posted.
