"With one exception, Moses had conceptualized and planned every single highway, parkway, expressway, tunnel or other major road in and around New York City; that exception being the East River Drive" - quote from article History of New York City transportation. On the other hand, the present article attributes the Drive to him. Is one of these statements mistaken? Jim.henderson 22:17, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
