The list of towns called Frank formerly consisted of a (much longer) list of links to counties that these towns allegedly existed in. I went through all of the county articles and removed from the list those towns whose existence the corresponding articles did not corroborate. --Smack 03:36, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)

[edit] Talk To Frank

I've added a link to a potential "Talk to Frank" article. Talk to Frank is a Drugs information website in the UK that advertises on British televisionin a fairly memorable manner. The website itself is fairly noteworthy, too. Yes. Hello, Hahnchen! --Squirminator2k 23:57, 11 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] First name Frank

Do we really need a list of people with a common first name? Can't sleep, clown will eat me 19:06, 8 October 2006 (UTC)

I think we should keep the people with the last name of Frank, and cut people with the first name, unless there's a source that shows that they're frequently referred to as simply Frank. Mak (talk) 22:33, 8 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Otto Frank

I moved Otto Frank from Military to Literature, because the fact that he served in the army at one point is not his defining characteristic. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.113.38.205 (talk) 16:29, 11 February 2007 (UTC).

Well, "Frank" was the code name given to S/2007 S 4 by the Cassini Imaging Team until the moonlet got its official name, Anthe (the naming was remarkably swift: discovered in late May, announced in July, named in late August). Urhixidur 22:35, 26 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Please, how can we stop??: "[[ko:???]] [[ja:????]] [[ru:?????]] [[sl:Frank (razlo?itev)]]"??

I do wish that my machine would quit doing that.

Dear Urhixidur, et al,

Thank You; however, that does not answer: Ann Frank versus Anthe Frank. If there is some other etymology, then someone should say so.

Also, someone, please, how would I convince this machine to quit corrupting text that other persons had previously scribed? This thing vandalizes foreign characters.

Thank You,

[edit] Extra dictionary entry

A redundant wiktionary reference is being added to the article (Look up Frank in Wiktionary, the free dictionary.), but the template being used seems to be added by default. Anybody who knows more about templates could fix it? Alternatively, the top wiktionary reference could be deleted too. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cnadolski (talkcontribs) 14:59, 13 September 2007 (UTC)

I've fixed this by adding a paramter to {{Infobox Given name 2}} that allows specifying a different Wiktionary box (or none at all). GracenotesT § 01:33, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
Thanks, it's looking good!Cnadolski 16:56, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
