I would believe she is yes, the more in-depth Wikipedia gets, and the more pages it has the better. Also, she caused quite a stir in Australia over this, and has a Yahoo! group that's 3500+ members strong. To prove my point further she appeared on national TV on "A Current Affair" So yes, she in my opinion is very notable.
