• Frank Loria is deceased (he died in 1970 in the Southern Airways Flight 932) thus a freely licensed image is not something we are likely to come by
• This image was his official team photo, taken by the non-profit Virginia Tech athletics department.
• Virginia Tech specifically authorizes images from this collection to be used for educational, research, and outreach purposes [2] and thus our use of this image is consistent with Virginia Tech's desired use of the image
