From an article in "The Sketch" in April 1901. advertising the premiere of Arthur Sullivan's The Emerald Isle by Alfred Ellis and Walery.

[edit] Licensing

Notes: Certainly, the image is over 100 years old. I suspect it may be more out-of-copyright, as the photography firm died out sometime after 1908, and certainly this image claims it's in the clear. But better safe than sorry. Should I be mistaken, we should still be fine under fair use within the articles for Francois Cellier and The Emerald Isle Adam Cuerden 20:52, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

I believe it to be out of copyright, but even if it isn't, it should be legal under Fair Use in the Francois Cellier and The Emerald Isle)
