I am User:Mbeychok and this is Sept. 2, 2006. I simply converted an existing Wikipedia jpg image named Image:Fractionator Overhead System.JPG to this png image named Image:Fractionator Overhead System.png by using a program called Neomesh Image Converter. I am the original developer of the old jpg version which I drew using Microsoft Windows' Paint program.
I will retain the same license for the new png version as I had used for the old jpg version. - mbeychok 23:49, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
