Designed by Vishva Kumara on a VB.net based vector iteration fractal program, and post processed with Macromedia Flash 5 This is a Fractal graphic which gives the same complete picture when sub divided in to pieces. But in this case the circle is added as a post process. Therefor it does not included in the original fractal graph.
