František Čapek (24 October 1914 – 31 January 2008) was a Czechoslovakian canoeist who won a gold medal at the 1948 Summer Olympics in the C-1 10000 metres event. In 1954, he went on to win a silver medal at the 4th ICF Flatwater Racing World Championships held at Mâcon, France.
