Frankley is an area near the Birmingham/Worcestershire border in England, near Bartley Reservoir. The modern Frankley estate is part of the New Frankley civil parish, and has been part of Birmingham since 1995.
The parish of Frankley is on the Worcestershire side, and is in the district of Bromsgrove. It included what is now the parish of New Frankley until 1995.
Frankley, recently expanded by the Great Park development, may gain a railway staion as a result of the possible utilisation of the disused freight line serving Longbridge through the old Rover car works. The station, if built, should be operational by 2013 and will be managed by London Midland.
