Frank Temile is a Nigerian footballer who currently plays for FC Dynamo Kyiv in the Ukrainian Premier League. He plays as a striker.

Frank Temile began his football career in Nigeria with Covenant F.C. Lagos and Shooting Stars F.C..

Later on he moved with Valletta F.C. where he wore the number 14. He was choosen as the third foreigner to play for Valletta F.C. On 2007-10-04 he made his debut in the 2-1 defeat agaisnt Sliema Wanderers F.C.

In his first season (2007-2008) he scored 10 goals, which helped to the winning of the Maltese Premier League after a seven year absence.. His imapct during the first season was such a huge one that he was nominated for three prestigious awards in the Malta Football Awards. These are Best Forward, Most Promising Player and Best Foreign Player. [1] [2] Morevover he managed to win all the three awards he was nominated in. [3] [4]

On 2008-05-26, it was reported that Temile, together with his agent Henry Ekezie, went to Munich for a trial with a leading German club. [5]

Temile is set to join FC Dynamo Kyiv. He is expected to sign a five year contract. This news was revealed by the president of Valletta F.C., Victor Sciriha, on 2008-06-06. [6] [7]

Temile is an orphan. Unfortunately he lost his mother when he was three and his father when he was eleven. He moved to Malta when he was sixteen years old. He was adopted by family Gauci. [8]

Temile comes from a football family. His uncle, Clement Temile who is the father of Israeli international Toto Tamuz who automatically is his cousin, was capped by Nigeria several times and his brother, Omonigho Temile, plays for FC Chernomorets 919 Burgas in Bulgaria.
