Frank Henry Mountain (May 17, 1860 - November 19, 1939) was a 19th century Major League Baseball pitcher. He played for the Troy Trojans (1880), Detroit Wolverines (1881), Worcester Ruby Legs (1882), Philadelphia Athletics (American Association) (1882), Columbus Buckeyes (1883-1884), and Pittsburgh Alleghenys (1885-1886). A native of Fort Edward, New York, the right-hander stood 5'11" and weighed 185 lbs.

Mountain's best season was 1884 when he won 23, lost 17, and had a 2.45 earned run average for Columbus. His ERA was fifth best in the American Association, and his five shutouts placed him fourth. On June 5 of that season he pitched a no-hitter against the Washington Nationals, winning 12-0.

Career totals for 194 games played (143 as a pitcher) include a 58-83 record, 142 games started, 141 complete games, 9 shutouts, 1 game finished, and 1 save. His lifetime ERA was 3.47. At the plate he was 158-for-717 (.220) with 9 home runs and 84 runs scored.

An alumnus of Union College, Mountain died at the age of 79 in Schenectady, New York.
