Frank Hopkins (Royal Navy officer)

Sir Frank Henry Edward Hopkins KCB, DSO, DSC, DC [disambiguation needed] (1910–1990), was a naval officer in the Royal Navy. His distinguished naval career include appointments as Captain of the aircraft carrier HMS Ark Royal and commandant of the Britannia Royal Naval College in Dartmouth and culminated in his appointment as Fifth Sea Lord.
