Francisco Besosa

After a long career as a corporate attorney, Francisco Besosa was appointed by President George W. Bush to the federal bench, as a Federal district judge in the District of Puerto Rico. He is among three new additions to that court presided by Chief Judge José A. Fusté.
He is married to a Puerto Rico Superior Court Judge, Enid Martínez Moya.
