Francisco Javier Arce Rolón (born April 2, 1971 in Paraguari) is a retired Paraguayan soccer player at the position of right defender who played 61 times for the Paraguay national team between 1995 and 2002[1]

Arce played for Paraguay in the 1998 and 2002 FIFA World Cups and has appeared 61 times for his country. He became famous in Brazil where he played for big clubs such as Grêmio and Palmeiras. He is also famous for his free kick shot technique, scoring many goals this way, during World Cup 2002, he scored a wonderful freekick against South Africa. He is nicknamed Chiqui Arce.
