Francis Cornish

Francis Cornish is a British diplomat. He has served as the Foreign Office spokesman for Geoffrey Howe, senior trade commissioner to Hong Kong (until 1997), consul-general to Hong Kong and to Macao (non-resident) (July to November 1997), head of FCO's news department, and ambassador to Israel (1998 to 2001). In Hong Kong he was also known in Chinese as 鄺富劭.
