Does anyone know why there is this random beeping sound that occurs during commercials and programming? It sounds like a telephone dial and kind of "overruns" the commercial/programming audio. Anyone else hear this?

Yeah, it's a poorly-mixed sound effect. Maybe someone plays it live over the commercial, what with it being FOX and all... - Dudesleeper 17:32, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
