Description
English: TUCSON, Ariz. (March 16, 2007) - The Destroyers, Navy Band Southwest’s top 40 rock group, perform at the Fox Tucson Theatre to a sold out crowd. Prior to the concert, Commander, U.S. Second Fleet, Vice Adm. Evan M. Chanik received a governor and mayoral proclamation for Tucson Navy Week. The week is one of 26 Navy Weeks planned across America in 2007. Navy Week is designed to show Americans the investment they have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant everyday Navy presence.
