FOX Ohio Valley is the FOX affiliate for the Wheeling, West Virginia/Steubenville, Ohio market. It is operated on CBS affiliate WTRF-TV's digital subchannel on 7.2.

Launched in 2007, FOX Ohio Valley is the newest channel in the Wheeling/Steubenville area. Previously, WPGH-TV out of nearby Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania served the market as the de facto FOX affiliate, though it is still widely available on cable in the area. FOX Ohio valley has been picked up by several cable systems. Since it is on WTRF's digital subchannel, its official call sign is WTRF-DT.

Because of the launch of FOX Ohio Valley, the tiny Wheeling/Steubenville market now only lacks two major network affiliations: ABC (which is serviced by Pittsburgh's WTAE-TV) and MyNetworkTV(Pittsburgh's WPMY-TV).
