Fossalto is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Campobasso in the Italian region Molise, located about 15 km northwest of Campobasso. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,603 and an area of 28.3 km².[1]
Fossalto borders the following municipalities: Castropignano, Limosano, Pietracupa, Salcito, Sant'Angelo Limosano, Torella del Sannio.
