Please explain why law enforcement tag has been removed from the article. It is a topic which should be studied by every investigator, police or otherwise. I replaced the tag, based on reading the scope information at the LE wikiproject, it looks like this belongs. -- Arthur (talk) 19:22, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
