I suggest that Wilhelmstrasse be merged here; for two reasons:

This is probably the primary meaning of the name in English anyway;
It may dispose of the silly war over whether to spell it with an esszett (English doesn't), by drowning the issue in something actually useful to the Encyclopedia. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 06:02, 10 December 2007 (UTC)
