Small point. Ford Peformance Racing is not a works factory outfit, for the same reason Ford Tickford Racing, Ford Credit Racing, Glenn Seton Racing, Dick Johnson Racing, Triple 8, Brad Jones etc, are not factory outfits, because Dearborne does not approve. There are no works outfits running in Australia, not even the Holden Racing Team. Some teams receive funding from the two factories, some even have technical alliances with approved aftermarket firms, but the definition of works factory team implies run directly by the factory, certainly not outsourced to Prodrive. --Falcadore 11:12, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

Point taken. I'll remove the reference to Ford Peformance Racing and end the article with the disbanding of the works rally team in 1980. Marcusaurelius161 12:32, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
