[edit] The College

Forest Hill College is divided into 2 sub-schools, Junior (Year 7-9), and Senior (Year 10-12), with a courtyard for Year 7-9, a courtyard for Year 10, and another courtyard for VCE Year 11-12. Sub-school teams are assisted in their welfare roles by a Student Wellbeing Coordinator, part-time Adolescent Health Nurse and Home Group Teachers. As of 2006, the school has approximately 750 enrolments with up to 50 full-fee paying International Students. The school's enrolment has been in decline from an approximate figure of 800-1000 due to the reduction in the number of enrolments from feeder schools, however, enrolment figures have been steadily increasing again over the past few years.

[edit] Technology

Forest Hill College has been, and still is, renowned for its high class technology facilities. The school has recently seen the introduction of 215 new computers to replace the existing computers in and around the school. Forest Hill College is a nationally Registered Training Organisation in the provision of Information Technology, Multimedia and Cisco, where the school is able to host a Cisco Certified Networking Academy Program (CCNA) to its Year 10-12 Students.

[edit] Subjects on Offer in VCE

In addition to a standard list of subjects on offer, the school also offers the VCAL (Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning), with students spending a few days at Forest Hill College, other days at TAFEs in the area and for some, a few days at work.
