I propose this category be deleted. A) "Former dictatorships" can encompass nearly every country in history, since nearly all were dictatorships at some point. B) Dictatorship is entirely subject to opinion (note: I am NOT saying the countries in this category were not dictatorships). Of course, if anyone agrees or disagrees, please share your input. Articles are placed in this category if they use {{Infobox Former Country}} and give the parameter "government_type = Dictatorship". It is intended to use this category to refer to that particular moment in history in your point A when a certan state was a dictatorship. It is true that it is a matter of opinion for many, so it needs to be used carefully. - 52 Pickup 16:52, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
