I live in Northern California, USA just 50 miles south of San Francisco. I have a BA in Psychology and am very fascinated by computers and communications. I love playing the piano and hanging out with my girlfriend / wife (same person), my two boys and my other friends.

I am new to the Wikipedia as of Sept 2006 and I see its potential for making knowledge sharing a fun and empowering pursuit.

My favorite websites are health and technology. I love listening to the "TWIT" and "Security Now" podcasts. Skype is my favorite VOIP and I hardly use a landline any more.

My favorite programs are Quicken, Paperport, Outlook with Exchange, Firefox, Picasa and Ivisit.

I also have a server in my house and love tinkering with it, despite the protests of my administrator.

I plan to be active for both the taking and giving of knowledge.
