Football at the 1991 Island Games

The 1991 Island Games in Åland Islands was the 2nd edition in which a football (soccer) tournament was played in the Island Games. It was contested by 8 teams and played for the first time in two stages, the first one on a group basis and the second one in a knockout system.

Faroe Islands the only FIFA associated team represented won that tournament, and became for the second time Island Games champion.
