Fonview is a reporting tool developed by CTI Group for Sprint for use in cost analysis, reporting, and bill pay.[1]

The reporting tool has recently been converted to a web application being used by: Windstream

This software directly joins with Sprint reporting hierarchy levels or 'HLs'. There are 5 functional heirachy levels (1,2,3,4,6). HL 5 is an aggreagator. There is a 7th HL which is the billing telephone line.
