Fonuakula Industrial Park

The Fonuakula Industrial Park (FIP) is located near the Niue Hanan International Airport, it offered about 20 warehouse bays to be rented out to the private businesses to use. The industrial park is managed by the Niue Business Centre which is also located at the industrial park.
Although the FIP was constructed with the help of the Government, the goal is for it to become a self-supporting entity, where revenue from the rent must cover the costs.
